How do you become a Call Center Agent?

The Call Center Business is now regarded as one of the largest industries in the Philippines. Although it started as plain providers of email response and managing services, it has rapidly grown to provide a wider range of services including customer relations services, travel services, technical support, education, customer care, financial services, and online business to customer support, online business to business support.
 


Even the Call Centers are becoming the largest industry in the Philippines, perhaps it still difficult to enter as a Call Center Agent for what they call it as "competition". Since many new outsource Call Center in our country, we can say that it introduced several innovative techniques in the Call Center agent recruitment. The following are some common recruitment process for new call center agents:
 
1.Screening: This process belongs to the voice quality of applicants for initial interview as well as on the phone.

2.First Interview: After the screening, he was interviewed by human resource department to test his skills.

3.Final interview: This is a demonstration of skill proficiency of the applicant in customer service, technical, and sales skills.

All the process usually takes about an hour, usually in a week. This is because hundreds of Filipinos apply for call center agent in one day!
